Description
Are you looking for a tulip with a refined, almost royal appearance? Tulip Marilyn is a stunning representative of the Lily-flowered group. This tulip is characterized by its slender silhouette and pointed petals that elegantly curve outwards. The color is a dreamy combination of pure white with playful cherry-red to pink flames that dance upward from the base.
Standing at a height of 45-50 cm on sturdy yet graceful stems, Marilyn is exceptionally well-suited as a cutting flower for sophisticated spring bouquets. In the garden, she brings a sense of lightness and movement, especially when planted in larger groups where her "flamed" pattern truly comes into its own.
Plant the bulbs between September and December in a sunny spot or partial shade. The blooming period falls in April and May, making her a perfect bridge to late spring. Thanks to her unique shape and color palette, Marilyn is a favorite among garden designers who love a romantic and artistic atmosphere.
