Seasonal delivery

Dispatch times will vary depending on the season.

  • Spring flowering bulbs: Shipping from September to December, with extension to January depending on availability
  • Summer flowering bulbs and plants: Shipping from March to May, with extension to June depending on availability

Shipping by DPD to the UK

We send all packages with DPD package transport, so that your order will be packed well and insured. We endeavour to get your goods to you as fast as possible.

You can have your order delivered at home, or indicate another delivery address during checkout. DPD will offer the package maximally 3 times, possibly also with your neighbours. Missed the delivery? Then you will find a card in your mailbox, with further information. Unfortunately, scheduling delivery is not possible.

Shipment costs

Cost to send with DPD UK: £9,95

We ask a small compensation for transportation, so that you will receive your products in top condition. Of course, we will do what we can to keep these costs low, and we only charge the costs for transport. We love flower bulbs and flowers and think everyone should have the chance to buy them. For an overview of the costs, see the table on the side. Shipment costs are one-time costs per order, regardless of the size. VAT is included in all prices.

Delivery time

When you place your order, in the second step of the checkout you have the possibility to choose a desired delivery week. Select the drop-down menu under Delivery Week to switch your desired week. For example you can choose to have your order delivered a few weeks later, when you have time to plant flower bulbs. This way, we can store the bulbs and plants for you under ideal circumstances, until the moment of delivery. 
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a delivery day.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with confirmation and shipment details of your order. With this information you can follow your order online via DPD Parcel tracking. If you haven’t received this email please check your spam folder first.

Right to withdraw

After you have received your order, you have a period of 14 days to return your order. Products must still be in unused and original condition. In order to use this return service,please contact our customer service.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return. You will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. For this refund we use the same payment method as used by you in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. The costs of return shipping for the goods is at your own expense. 

The right to withdraw does not apply to products with a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned.
